When you complete the AI Readiness Assessment, we collect:
- Full name
- Business email address
- Company name and industry
- Role or position within the organization
- Company size
- Information about current or prospective AI projects
- Answers to the diagnostic questionnaire
3. Purposes of Processing
We use your data to:
- Primary purposes: Generate and send you your personalized AI Readiness report; contact you to schedule a review session if the assessment recommends it.
- Secondary purposes (with your consent): Send you relevant content about Enterprise AI, updates, and resources from DashOne.
4. Data Transfers
Your data is processed by the following trusted providers, under appropriate security standards:
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Netlify — hosting infrastructure and form processing
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own commercial purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, or until you request its deletion.
6. Your Rights (ARCO)
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Object (ARCO) to the processing of your data. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at hola@dashone.ai with the subject line "ARCO Rights".
