By using the AI Readiness Assessment and DashOne.ai's services, you accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
The AI Readiness Assessment is a free diagnostic tool that evaluates an organization's level of readiness to implement artificial intelligence solutions. The result is a 0-100 score with personalized recommendations.
The diagnostic is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice.
3. Permitted Use
The service is intended for professionals and businesses. You agree to:
- Provide truthful information and a valid business email address.
- Not use the service for fraudulent purposes or purposes contrary to law.
- Not attempt to access internal systems or alter the functioning of the assessment.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on DashOne.ai — assessment methodology, text, design, and code — is the property of DashOne and is protected by copyright. Reproduction without express authorization is not permitted.
5. Limitation of Liability
DashOne provides the assessment "as is." We do not guarantee any specific results derived from the diagnostic. DashOne shall not be liable for business decisions made based on the score or the recommendations.
6. Privacy
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Notice.
7. Modifications
DashOne may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service following any modifications constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be resolved before the competent courts of Mérida, Yucatán.
